Due to a recent increase in fraudulent purchases from international customers using U.S. re-shipping services, SaifrTCG reserves the right to cancel any order deemed at risk of fraudulent activity. If a purchase is canceled, a refund will be issued for the purchase amount minus the 5% payment processing fees.

If your order is being shipped to a known re-shipping service, SaifrTCG may request additional identifying information to verify the purchase if any of the following red flags are present:

• Multiple declined credit card charges.

• Mismatched names between the billing and shipping addresses.

• A suspicious or unfamiliar email address.

• Use of different credit cards across multiple orders.​

This policy applies to new and returning customers. Returning customers may be requested this verification if payment details differ than previous orders.

If you intend to use a re-shipping service to purchase products, please be prepared to provide a photo showing the last four digits of the credit card used for the purchase, along with proof of possession. If your order is canceled due to a lack of timely response (within 3 days), and the transaction is later deemed legitimate, SaifrTCG will provide a coupon to allow you to repurchase your order.? You will have 3 days to provide the requested verification. If we do not receive the necessary documentation within this time frame, your order will be canceled and refunded. Please note that a cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing costs, and the inventory will be released back to other customers.
