Re-Shipping for International Customers
Due to a number of recent fraudulent purchases coming from International customers seeking to use US re-shipping services, SaifrTCG reserves the right to cancel any purchase it deems at risk of fraudulent activity. A refund will be issued for the amount of purchase minus the Payment Processing Fees.

If a known re-shipping service is to be used on an order, SaifrTCG will request additional identifying information to confirm your order if the following red flags are present:

Multiple declined credit card charges

The billing address and shipping address Names do not match

A suspicious email address is used

If you are seeking to use a re-shipping service to purchase product, please be prepared to show a photo of the last 4 digits of the credit card in your possession being used for the purchase. If your order is cancelled due to not responding in a timely fashion, and the transaction is deemed legitimate, SaifrTCG will provide a coupon to repurchase your order.
Pre-Order Policy
When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) on SaifrTCG, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means If a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to your Card/PayPal immediately upon purchase. Orders can be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. That said, if something arrives damaged or not as described, send us an email at Joey@SaifrTCG.com.
